151 Locust is a labor of love. The building is the oldest home in Avondale Estates, built in the late 1800s. Formerly a quaint farmhouse, the “big yellow house” as it is known in the area, has been transformed into a sophisticated, high tech office space with all the comforts of home (without the distractions).
